Where are the servers located?

currently our servers are only located in Malaysia, therefore we can’t really guarantee our connection outside SEA region.

I can't connect to my server, it says "Can't Resolve Hostname".

To fix this problem, here’s a guide that’ll help you with it. If this doesn’t solve it, please contact our support team immediately.

Can I change my plan in the future?

Yes! Just simply contact our support team whenever you feel like changing a plan or amount of RAM and they will do the rest for you!

Can we use any mods or server jars we want?

Absolutely yes! We allow our clients to upload any file they wish to use for their server!

I can't find a place to upload my files to my server in the panel.

Due to security reasons, we are using SFTP. You should be able to manage that in your panel. Or, feel free to contact our support team if you don’t know how to use it.

I'm under attack, help!

This might be a little tricky because even one server is under attack, it might affect the performance for other servers too. But don’t worry, with our protection systems it won’t last any longer than 5 minutes.

How do I pay?
